This is my way to be slim

I tried wearing my favorite jeans, which I bought several years ago. Hipster Jeans. No doubt many people know how that seemed to wear these pants. But after I wear I was very surprised, my waist looks like a tire that is used for swimming. This problem is, my belly fat. How can I get out of this big problem? Oh my God, help me ...
Since then I made a plan to shrink the fat around the waist and stomach. Running. I know, this is the only way to return to have a beautiful figure. Nothing else for me. I like to run. Running is a sport that does not cost much, other than fitting and comfortable shoes for running. The price is a bit expensive, but comfortable to wear. While the weather was not too bad, I think now's the time to start.
With a bit of feeling lazy, I took from the warehouse, running clothes, ipod, watches puls. Tools that I need to run still looks good. I mumbled:''I hope my intentions were achieved''.
There are several programs that help us to start this sport. Starting from how to set up food, how many calories we should consume. But I was never 100 per cent follow it, because basically I like to eat. I do not want to leave my eating habits, although I know, I eat without rules. Yes, without a rule, I never see when and how much I eat. If I'm hungry or just want to eat, I eat. That's me ..
And now there is no difference to me. I just need a little diligent and disciplined in the program to be slim.
My 1.st day of running:
As always before doing sports, I was warming up. In my mind there is only one, hopefully my heart can still take a compromise, because I stopped doing this sport almost two years. After warming up, my heart started pounding. What is this? Hmmm ... maybe this is just normal thing, shocked or anything. I tried to run slowly. I enjoy the morning air, i heard a song that makes my mind free, free from any kind including stress. My heart began to protest .. stooop! Hah hah hah .... I stop running and take a quick breath. My head is like going broke. oh Lord, how is this? I can not give up. This is just the first day. I know, something that begins with the determination and perseverance will bring results. It is a temptation. This is laziness. 5 minutes I ran, it felt like running over an hour. Recently I realized how stupid I am, easily toyed with my heart. Finally I started walking, a little faster and faster. My heart began to say agree with my actions. I smile and laugh at myself. Birds come laugh at me too ...
Day two, third and following days:
Running makes my body fresh and fit. Only one that made me wonder, my stomach is still fat. I know, I used to do gymnastics to create a flat stomach. Flat as a board ... hahhahahaa ... And this time I had to do the same thing, it's a bit heavy but the results are very satisfactory. Sometimes I use a special ball that is used for gymnastics. It's easy to play. You can do it while lying down and lifting the ball with the help of your legs. Swing the ball up and down. Do this several times, you will see a miracle in your belly, that is a flat stomach, flat as a board ... lol
Believe me, I never avoid dinner. You also can eat anything and whatever you want, but run and exercise should always be in terms calendar every day, every time. That should be .....
